Shipments

The shipment of the products by MyLuxuryClothings.eu will take place only after confirmation of payment by the user. The risk of loss or damage to the products, unless it is attributable to MyLuxuryClothings.eu, will be transferred to the user when the user or a third party designated by him, other than the courier, actually comes into possession of the products.

Free shipping with a €150 cart

The estimated delivery date of the products will be indicated in the order confirmation email. In the event that an approximate delivery date is not communicated, we will guarantee delivery within 30 days from the date of dispatch. We will be responsible for delivery services and will endeavor to deliver your order by the due date (if stated). However, in some circumstances, delays in delivery may occur due to events beyond our reasonable control (further details in section 18 below). We will do our best to arrange delivery of the products as quickly as possible, but we will not be liable for any losses arising from such delays.
